Descubra um refúgio histórico e cultural, localizado no coração de uma das regiões mais belas de Minas Gerais, próximo à icônica Fazenda Santa Clara, famosa por suas 365 janelas e seu passado ligado ao Ciclo do Ouro e do Café.
Nossa propriedade, que remonta a 1841, preserva traços de um passado fascinante. Originalmente construída por mãos escravas, a fazenda foi visitada por Tiradentes, que, sob determinação da Côrte Imperial, supervisionou a retirada de ouro da região, destinado a Paraty, no Rio de Janeiro, e, em seguida, ao Rei de Portugal.
Hoje, o Hotel Fazenda Tradição Mineira Chalés combina o charme do passado com o conforto moderno. Fundado por Antônio Felício da Costa, o local abriga a primeira usina elétrica que iluminava a sede da fazenda e o povoado de Conceição de Monte Alegre.
Além disso, ele construiu a Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Conceição, em 1871, que guarda uma imagem esculpida em madeira, trazida de Portugal, e o seu túmulo, que pode ser visitado ao lado do altar-mor.
Toda essa rica história está registrada em importantes obras, como a Enciclopédia dos Municípios Mineiros, pagina 83 em sua 3ª edição, também na escritura da propriedade e o legado da região, outrora próspera com o ouro e o café, hoje vive através de suas fazendas históricas, como a nossa, que ainda mantém o ambiente e a essência de épocas passadas.
O Hotel Fazenda Tradição Mineira Chalés está situado em um local de natureza exuberante, a 700 metros de altitude, entre os estados de Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro e São Paulo. Venha reviver o passado e desfrutar de momentos de tranquilidade e aconchego em meio à história e à beleza natural.
